We sell digital interpretations delivered on the spot, so refunds follow what was actually delivered. Everything below is in addition to the statutory consumer rights of your country.
If a paid reading fails to generate because of a technical fault on our side, you receive an immediate re-credit or a full refund — your choice.
Within 14 days of purchase: a full refund if no credits have been used. After that, or if some credits were used: a prorated refund for unused credits, available within 30 days of purchase.
Email hello@castingofchanges.com with the address you paid from and your order reference (our payment provider sends one with every receipt). We answer within 2 business days. Approved refunds return to your original payment method.
Credits already consumed were delivered as interpretations, so they cannot be refunded. Repeated purchase-and-refund patterns on consumed packs may be declined.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country, including statutory withdrawal or remedy rights. Because we begin delivering digital content immediately after purchase, we ask you to acknowledge that delivery starts at once; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
